Safeguarding Children and Young People Level 2

Our full day level 2 safeguarding course is for staff and volunteers who have already completed a level one safeguarding course.  As well as touching on the four categories of abuse, this course provides detailed information about understanding and recognising the possible signs and indicators of abuse.  The course will provide detail on the appropriate actions for responding and reporting concerns about a child’s welfare in line with your organisational safeguarding policy as well as understanding the local authority’s reporting protocol.
