The voluntary sector has worked for decades to reduce social isolation for carers, disabled people, older adults, people with a mental health condition, children, people from marginalised communities - in fact every sort of person you can think of who is likely to call upon the voluntary sector to help. Our next networking conference on social isolation will build on our existing work with one another about developing our combined efforts to tackle this great social ill.
