Hub Connections and Healthwatch Barnet – Social Prescribing event

Hub Connections, in partnership with Healthwatch Barnet returns on Thursday 20^th Feb -  And the theme this time is Social Prescribing.

Come along and hear all about what Social Prescribing is – what it is, who it’s for and how to access it.

We will hear from those organisations already offering social prescribing in the borough and from the new service starting in Primary Care Networks across Barnet.

We will be joined by some of the team from Barnet Federated GPs who are running the new social prescribing link workers service in Barnet as well as by our health and social care partners from across the borough.

We will also hear the regular updates from the Barnet Wellbeing Service and partners. Lunch will be provided with refreshments and an opportunity to network throughout.

This event is open to the general public, so if you would like to talk to the services which matter to you, please come along and get involved.

Registrations and refreshments will be available from 9.30am, with the presentations to start at 10am.
