Time to Change Social Contact Workshop
Social Contact is our main tool of campaigning and the way to change perceptions and assumptions around mental health.
Aim
The aim of this training is to increase Champions’ skills, knowledge and confidence in starting conversations with the general public about mental health at an event or activity.
Learning outcomes
After completing this workshop you should be able to:
