Health Partners Forum in Brent

Come along to the Health Partners Forum where we will discuss Urgent & Emergency Care services in Brent from the perspective of people with long term conditions (LTCs) such as respiratory conditions and diabetes, end of life care, older people, children & young people and specific discharge services from hospital.

The Health Partners Forum is a public event which brings patients together with representatives from the NHS, the local authority and voluntary sector.

At the forum patients are given a chance to hear about important health and social care issues happening in the borough. It also provides an opportunity for patients to share their thoughts and experiences of health and social care in Brent.
